Payment Terms and Conditions
At
this point in time, if you see an item on my site that is not listed in my
etsy store, and you wish to make a purchase, please contact me for
availability of the item. If the item is available, I can invoice you
through paypal. Pay Pal is
the most secure way of making a purchase over the internet. At no time
is your account or personal information stored by me or my computer.
Everything goes directly thought Pay Pal, so you can be
assured that your transaction is completely safe. Orders will be shipped within 3
business days (sometimes sooner) of cleared Pay Pal payment. I do my best to provide you
with the most accurate description and photographs possible of available
items. Please allow for slight variations in color and design, as
everything is unique and hand crafted. I take great care in creating a
magical and beautiful piece of artwork. You have within 10 days of
receipt of purchase to notify me of any concerns regarding your
purchase, and I will do my best to rectify any issues you may have.
Your satisfaction is my priority. I always provide tracking and
insurance within the continental United States. My jewelry and
prints are
typically shipped first class and usually arrives within 3 to 10 business
days. Please allow for holidays. My sculpture and original
art is always
shipped Priority (no exceptions).
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Terms for Foreign Purchases
If you are outside
the United States and wish to purchase an Inner Fae Creations art piece,
please contact me for a shipping quote. Once you receive a shipping
price (and agree to make a purchase), I will invoice you directly from Pay Pal. Therefore, you must
have a Pay Pal account. You must provide a confirmed
Pay Pal address.
I will provide you with a shipping quote for standard first class and one
for insured. If you choose to purchase standard WITHOUT insured, you
are purchasing product at your own risk. Seller is not responsible for
lost, damaged or stolen merchandise if buyer does not purchase insurance.
You will be notified of these terms in your invoice and you must agree to
them prior to purchase. Once you agree to these terms, and purchase
has cleared through Pay Pal, your item will be shipped. Shipment
usually occurs within 3 business days (sometimes sooner) of cleared Pay Pal
payment. Sorry, but due to loss, I cannot ship to Italy.
~Layaway~
Layaway is available
for items over $100.00. This includes single items only.
I will not hold stock for multiple items that total $100. If you wish
to partake of layaway, you must contact me. Typically, layaway is only
available for sculptures and original art. This will be specified on the item page.
Layaway terms are as
follows.... Four increment layaway or 30 day layaway.
Four increment
layaway is as follows through Pay Pal
The item will be
divided over four payments. For example, if your item costs $250.00
plus $12.00 shipping with a total cost of $262.00, you will be billed at $65.50 in four
increments. Increments will be billed on the Friday of each week, thus
you will have four weeks or one month to pay off your layaway. You
must make your payment within 48 hours of invoice. *Please
note that Pay Pal charges 2.9% +.30 cents for the amount I invoice, thus,
this amount will be incorporated into each invoice you are sent.
30 day
layaway terms through Pay Pal
You may also choose
to pay your layaway off at the end of 30 days. This is an option;
however, you will be invoiced for 1/2 of your layaway payment up front.
You must make this payment with 48 hours after invoice. You will then
be invoiced again for the final payment at the end of 30 days. * Additional
paypal fees apply (see above).
Stipulations.... for
both types of layaway
If you
do not make your payment within the 48 hour window, your item will be
released for stock. You will receive only half of your down payment.
For example if your layaway totaled $255.00, and you placed a down payment
of $127.50, you will receive a refund of 1/2 this price (minus the
additional Pay Pal fee, see below-no exceptions). But, if you
make your payment within the 48 hour window of invoice, and your payment has
cleared through Pay Pal, your item will be shipped within 3 days (sometimes
sooner).
If you choose four
invoice increments and forfeit on your payments (meaning, you do not make
them within the 48 hour window, seller reserves the right to end the
transaction and will refund only half of any purchase made (minus the
additional Pay Pal fee no exceptions). For example, if
you have paid $100. toward your layaway and miss making a payment, you will
only receive 1/2 of that amount (minus the additional Pay Pal fee, see below -no exceptions). Of course, I realize there are mitigating
circumstances which might prevent one from providing a payment within the 48
hour time frame. Thus, you must contact me immediately within that 48
hour time frame to discuss options. Seller reserves all rights to
cancel transaction at anytime and will refund 1/2 of the paid amount.
Thus, you also have the right to cancel your layaway within the 30 day
period. But, in doing so, you agree to the terms of a refund of only
1/2 of your payments.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT~ ADDITIONAL PAY PAL FEE EXPLAINED
If you choose 30 day
layaway or 4 week increment layaway, you will be billed an additional
fee. This fee pertains to a Pay Pal fee that occurs each time a
transaction takes place. I do not do this for immediate purchases, but
do so with layaway, as this fee adds up over time. This is money I
loose on a purchase. I accept this loss on immediate transactions,
because payment is made immediately. For layaway, I must compensate
myself, as this part of taking an item out of stock that might rightly sell
under any other given circumstances. You will be notified of
this fee prior to your payments. It will not change. You must
agree to this fee as part of your layaway contract. This fee is
usually nominal. You must agree to these terms prior to layaway.
This will be done through email. This fee will NOT be part of
any money refunded to you should you decide to cancel or forfeit your
layaway. Items of purchase will not ship until all payments are
completed and cleared through Pay Pal.
I am also willing to work out
special time framed layaway plans on a person to person bases. All
terms must be agreed upon prior to layaway taking place.
